Emory Dou­glas, Min­is­ter of Cul­ture for the Black Pan­ther Party from 1967 until the Party dis­banded in the 1980s, designed an art print enti­tled As Much As Things Change They Stay The Same for an anti-police bru­tal­ity art show held on May 15th & 16th in Los Ange­les, CA. Printed by Jon-Paul Bail at Hangar 18. RIP Oscar Grant.
