Emory Douglas, Minister of Culture for the Black Panther Party from 1967 until the Party disbanded in the 1980s, designed an art print entitled As Much As Things Change They Stay The Same for an anti-police brutality art show held on May 15th & 16th in Los Angeles, CA. Printed by Jon-Paul Bail at Hangar 18. RIP Oscar Grant.
