I’m a big fan of Stanley Mouse, one of the most recognized 1960s psychedelic rock concert poster artists, and probably best known for his Grateful Dead album cover art. He also helped define the look of some of the most famous bands in Rock and Roll history including the Beatles, Eric Clapton, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Journey, The Steve Miller Band, and of course, The Grateful Dead. His work has been instrumental in transforming art and design in myriad and incalculable ways. It should go without saying that I am really looking forward to the opening of this art exhibit. More information available at marinmoca.org
